We take great pride in the service we provide and the pizza we make. Pizza has always been a passion of ours. We started The Fire Pizza Company in 2012 because of the positive feedback our homemade pizza received. Thousands of pizzas later we still hear nothing but great feedback! Safe to say we are doing something right!
The key to an amazing pizza is the crust! Our crust is thin, somewhere between a New Haven and a traditional Italian style. It all starts with the dough. We make our dough using our own secret recipe. With only 4 ingredients: Imported Italian flour, water, sea salt and yeast. No sugar, No egg, No Oil, No BS! We let our dough cold rise for a minimum of 48 hours before use. It's our take on a traditional pizza dough - the way we think it should be!
The crust is only as good as the toppings that you put on it! All of our toppings are purchased and prepaired fresh for each event. We use locally sourced ingredients whenever they are available! Our red sauce is made from crushed Californian tomatoes and we only use Wisconsin mozzarella.
Our completely custom pizza trailer is home to a huge walk in cooler, sinks with running hot/cold water and most importantly an imported Italian wood fired brick oven. We run the oven at around 900 degrees - our pizzas cook quick! The trailer is 100% self contained and runs on our extremely quiet Honda generator. We make all of our own trailers and trucks in house and we have even built some for our competitors trucks.
